Google Increases Storage For Workspace

Google launched Workspace Individual last year to provide small business owners and self-employed individuals with tools like larger enterprises to help them grow their businesses.

Individual workspace accesses the suite of Apps such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and so on, but with additional perks and a more professional business presence.

While a popular option, this tier had some drawbacks, including a storage limit of 15GB at a monthly cost of $9.99.

This has now changed, as It has announced that all Google Workspace Individual accounts will receive 1TB of secure cloud storage. There is no need to do anything special or sign up for anything because this upgrade will be automatic. This means that every Individual Workspace account will automatically be upgraded from 15 GB to 1TB of storage.

In addition to the increased storage, Google Workspace Individual is now available in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Greece, and Argentina.

These countries join the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, and six European countries in offering Workspace Individual to business owners.
